Understand the network
Connected clubs, relationships and hierarchies show how your federation is structured. Organisation files keep the relevant information together.
Umbrella organisations Orgazee
A varied network with a shared working record.
Umbrella organisations bring different associations and institutions together. Orgazee keeps relationships, organisation files, contacts and shared documents in one place. Member organisations can retain their own way of working. Sharing arrangements determine what passes through the network; Zee helps the office with writing and meeting minutes.

Make everyday club work easier

Keep responsibilities clear
Membership, roles, tasks and minutes connect responsibility with everyday work. The next step need not depend on one person’s memory.
How it fits your club
Umbrella organisations
An umbrella organisation prepares a joint meeting. The team finds the participating organisations, their shared details and the meeting documents. Recorded tasks and decisions keep cooperation moving after the meeting and when people change roles.

Cooperation with clear sharing arrangements
An affiliated club remains an organisation in its own right. Its connection with the federation supports exchanging information released for that relationship. Private member records are not automatically exposed throughout the hierarchy. Relationships and permissions support both cooperation and independence.
