Understand the network
Connected clubs, relationships and hierarchies show how your federation is structured. Organisation files keep the relevant information together.
National federations Orgazee
A shared view of a wider network.
National federations need understandable relationships between their office, constituent bodies and affiliated clubs. Orgazee brings that structure together. Organisation files and shared details support enquiries; documents, tasks and communication help people work across levels. Clubs retain their own administration while the federation coordinates the wider network.

How it fits your club
National federations
A national federation prepares information for its constituent bodies. Responsible staff find the relevant version in the document library and use shared organisation files to understand enquiries. The working record remains available beyond any one employee’s private folders.

Cooperation with clear sharing arrangements
An affiliated club remains an organisation in its own right. Its connection with the federation supports exchanging information released for that relationship. Private member records are not automatically exposed throughout the hierarchy. Relationships and permissions support both cooperation and independence.
