US privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

Scope
This notice supplements the Orgazee privacy policy for California residents. Orgazee is a service provider for clubs and associations. The organisation using Orgazee remains responsible for member data it enters into the platform.
Your rights
Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected; delete personal information subject to legal and security exceptions; correct inaccurate information; opt out of sale or sharing; limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information where applicable; receive equal service and price when exercising a privacy right. Orgazee does not sell personal information for money.
Requests
Send requests to privacy@orgazee.com with enough information to verify the request and identify the right being exercised. We will not discriminate against you for making a request. Requests concerning member records may need to be routed to the relevant club responsible for those records.
Information collected
Depending on use, information includes account and organisation contacts, billing and contract details, support messages, security logs and organisation-uploaded content. We use it to provide the service, secure accounts, support customers, process billing and meet legal obligations. Retention is limited to what those purposes and applicable duties require.
