Right of withdrawal

Scope

Orgazee serves clubs, federations, umbrella organizations and comparable organizations. The organization is the contracting party, rather than a person acting privately.

A statutory right of withdrawal exists only for consumers under § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), meaning individuals entering into a transaction predominantly for private purposes. Businesses, clubs, federations and other organizations generally do not have a consumer right of withdrawal. The following information applies only if a consumer contract exceptionally arises.

Withdrawal period

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.

How to withdraw

To exercise the right, notify Dennis Braß, Rudolfstr. 105, 42285 Wuppertal, Germany, email info@orgazee.com, of your decision by a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email.

Early provision of services

For a paid service, the right of withdrawal expires upon full performance only if, before performance begins, you expressly agree to an early start and acknowledge that the right expires upon full performance. Where applicable, the consent must be provided on a durable medium. Starting performance alone does not extinguish the right.

If you expressly request performance before the withdrawal period ends and withdraw early, compensation for services already provided may be due only if the statutory information and consent requirements are met.
