Make everyday club work easier
Find shared documents
A document library with descriptive information and approvals supports federation work. Authorized people can find the current documents they need.
Keep responsibilities clear
Membership, roles, tasks and minutes connect responsibility with everyday work. The next step need not depend on one person’s memory.
How it fits your club
Federations & associations
When an office receives an enquiry, it can find the connected club and the information shared in its organization file. Open tasks and common documents stay accessible to the responsible people. A change of office staff transfers a clear working record to the next team.

Cooperation with clear sharing arrangements
An affiliated club remains an organization in its own right. Its connection with the federation supports exchanging information released for that relationship. Private member records are not automatically exposed throughout the hierarchy. Relationships and permissions support both cooperation and independence.
