Do we need another video meeting app?
No. The meeting runs in your browser through Orgazee. You do not need an additional video meeting app or an account with another video meeting service.
How many people can join?
Up to ten people can take part, including the chair or organiser. Invited members and external guests count towards that total.
Can members take part through Self Service?
Yes. Invited members can join from home. With Self Service enabled, they can respond to their invitation or suggest another time. The invitation is for that particular meeting.
How does Zee help with the minutes?
When meeting notes are enabled and participants have given their consent, Zee takes notes during the meeting and prepares draft minutes afterwards. You review and approve the minutes, keeping the final say.
How much meeting time is available?
Each club currently has 180 minutes of call time per month. A meeting can be scheduled for up to 90 minutes.
