This page supplements the Orgazee privacy policy for California residents. Orgazee is a service provider for clubs and associations. The organization using Orgazee remains responsible for member data it enters into the platform.
Your rights
- Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected.
- Delete personal information, subject to legal and security exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Orgazee does not sell personal information for money.
- Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information where applicable.
- Receive equal service and price when exercising a privacy right.
How to submit a request
Send a request to privacy@orgazee.com. Include enough information for us to verify the request and tell us which right you are exercising. We will not discriminate against you for making a request. Requests concerning member records may need to be routed to the relevant club, which is the business responsible for those records.
Information we collect
Depending on how Orgazee is used, this can include account and organization contact details, billing and contract information, support messages, security logs, and content uploaded by an organization. We use this information to provide the service, secure accounts, support customers, process billing, and meet legal obligations. We retain it only as long as necessary for those purposes and applicable retention duties.
